On Wednesday, September 2, State Street Investment Management announced the debut of the State Street SPDR UC Investments 90/10 Endowment Strategy Index ETF (UCBG). Notably, this fund was created through a collaboration between State Street and UC Investments, the investment arm of the University of California.

MOO has recently broken out and is showing real momentum, while XLV continues its uptrend and XLK holds around the 50-day EMA. The agriculture ETF carries the strongest bullish outlook of the three.

The Vanguard Information Technology ETF provides broader diversification with 310 holdings, whereas the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF focuses on 73 stocks. The State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF has a lower expense ratio of 0.08% and delivered a higher 1-year total return of 43.4%.
