(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SRBK), the holding company for Somerset Regal Bank (the "Bank"), announced net income of $940,000, or $0.13 per basic share and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2026 compared to net income of $2.2 million, or $0.28 per basic share and $0.27 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2025.
