ProSiebenSat.1 Media ETR: PSM used its annual general meeting to outline a sharper focus on entertainment, tighter financial discipline and continued cost reductions following a year marked by weak advertising markets, portfolio disposals and a change in control after MFE became majority shareholder.

ProSiebenSat.1 Media is selling North American creator business Studio71 US to Fixated. The deal, financial terms of which are not being disclosed, is for all companies operating under the Studio71 US banner and does not include the Studio71 business in German-speaking countries, which stays within the Unterföhring-based group.
