Brazilian state-run oil firm Petrobras ​is in initial direct negotiations with Abu Dhabi's ‌Mubadala sovereign wealth fund to repurchase the Mataripe refinery in Brazil, two sources with knowledge of the matter told Reuters on ​Monday.
