British technology and online grocery group Ocado said it ​was focused on winning new business ‌in the U.S., where it was talking to multiple retailers, as it stuck to forecasts for cash ​flow to turn positive.

After more than a quarter of a century leading one of Britain's most ambitious technology companies, Tim Steiner has finally put a timetable on his departure from grocery delivery specialist Ocado.

Ocado Group PLC (LSE:OCDO) founder Tim Steiner will remain chief executive until the start of the 2028 financial year, the group has told investors. The online grocery and warehouse technology group said Steiner will continue to lead strategy, operations and growth initiatives during the period and will remain involved with the business through 2029.
