(“ITG” or the “Company”), a leading provider of end-to-end services to the communications and digital infrastructure industries, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the “offering”) of 19,512,196 shares of its Class A common stock (the “Common Stock”) at a price to the public of $16.00 per share.

ITG, Inc. has proposed terms for a $400 million IPO amid rapid topline growth and a $2.9B backlog, but has thin margins and liquidity.
