Latest News for HES

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)---- $HESM--HESS MIDSTREAM LP ANNOUNCES DISTRIBUTION PER SHARE LEVEL INCREASE.

Hess Midstream is upgraded to Strong Buy after a 20% selloff, now offering a 10%-plus yield and attractive risk/reward for income-focused investors. The Chevron deal cancels 78.3 million units, improving per-unit metrics and extending fixed-fee contracts with inflation caps through 2045. Despite a 27% drop in adjusted EBITDA, EBITDA per unit rises 17%, and distribution coverage remains stable post-deal.

One Chevron deal sent Hess Midstream units into a monthlong slide, but the reason the stock fell and the reason it may have fallen too far are two completely different stories.

The Undercovered Dozen highlights 12 lesser-covered stocks from the past week on Seeking Alpha. This curated series aims to spark investment ideas and community discussion around overlooked equities. Articles span a range of companies, encouraging investors to explore fresh opportunities beyond mainstream coverage.

Hess Midstream's deal with Chevron means lower earnings but also longer contracts, fewer shares outstanding, and expansion into a second region.
